The boil & dry process is capable of treating even a full-grown dead fish, destroying its cellular tissue and processing it into the powdery dried finished product. Waste steam produced during the boiling process is subjected to high-temperature pyrolysis in the Teinenpi Deodorizing Apparatus and can be safely emitted into the atmosphere. No waste water or hazardous odours are produced.
