Using traditional methods, it is typically costly and difficult to treat sewage and livestock excreta due to its high water content. The Okadora Carbonizing Plant is able to dry and treat this waste through a process of drying, during which the elements of smell (the soluble nitrogens of BOD and COD) contained in the waste steam are completely decomposed by a process of thermal cracking. As a result of this, the waste steam is absolutely non-polluting and may be emitted into the atmosphere without any waste water being produced. The carbonized products from slurry will be used as recycled products, such as floor covering for livestock, the blending ingredient of livestock feed etc.
